Welcome to the third interview in my new series, as mentioned previously each week I will be interviewing a fellow blogger who has kindly answered my blogging questions, so let’s get on with it…

Q: Please tell my readers a little something about yourself?
A: I am Karthikeyan, Co-founder of BlogrPro.com and I am from India. And my partner name is Karthik. I am in search of a job and I love Web design and blogging.

Q: Hi Karthik, so tell me about your blog, when and why you started it and how you came up with the name for it?
A: Our blog can be reached at www.blogrpro.com . BlogrPro is planned to start with a motive of enriching other people who don’t have a clear idea about this vast internet and all.
We have started this blog from August 13, 2009 but we actually have transferred our blog from one another domain which was earlier started on January 26, 2009.
We actually worried a little bit with our old domain since we made some real mistakes in that and it’s me who actually started asking my partner to change the domain and after then we came up with this domain – BlogrPro.

Q: Do you find blogging takes up a lot of your time?
A: Of course. Blogging will certainly will take up more time during the startup period. And that’s what I too facing right now.

Q: Where would you say most of your traffic comes from for your blog?
A: Mainly from Google and from many Referral sites. These 2 things jointly contributes 65% of my traffic.

Q: Do you use social networks to promote your blog and if so which ones would you recommend to other bloggers?
A: Yes! Why not? Social media is the powerful tool on these stages and for my luck it actually worked well when it comes to promote my blog. I recommend Twitter and Facebook. Personally I recommend many bloggers to try Facebook too.

Q: If you could give some useful advice to new bloggers, what would it be?
A: I always quote like this. “Blogging is not just posting and information. It’s making an information”. Try to be unique as much as you can. Or else your blog will be at most at the end of the world. Try to be a good reader of your blog than an author. And finally interact and be a friend with your fellow readers.
