Those of you that have visited my blog over the last week or so, may of noticed a few polls that I have run in the sidebar, it’s a little experiment to find out about blogging platform that my readers use and what they use the most such as Twitter, Facebook etc.

So if you haven’t voted in any of these polls, then now is your chance to take part, I’ve added the polls to this post so you can easily vote on them, also if you are up to it and I’m hoping you are, leave a comment letting me know what you voted for and why you chose that option..

Same – WordPress. Motto is simple “find a way to do it in WordPress”. I’m not just using it as a blogging platform anymore.

Hi Karen, I voted on one of the polls, but I don’t think my answer will be understood. I use Blogger, WordPress.com and Posterous. I only voted once, and I think I voted for Blogger. If not I meant to anyway.

Of course I’m a huge Twitter fan but I do use FaceBook as well. I feed both of them into FriendFeed.

    Thanks for the polls.

You are rocking some serious polls Karen, I voted. I will also comment that I use Twitter a lot more than Facebook, however Facebook offers a better return on my investment….. Why do I use Twitter more?? Haha.

Voted. I of course use WordPress. Haven’t tried other platforms (except blogger, the free kind). Twitter gets to be used more than facebook. All I do with facebook is check out my friends and comment on their inputs. I use twitter when I remember it. :)

I use WordPress and Blogger. I think both have their pros and cons. WordPress has been overly popularized in the past few years and I can see signs of Google reigning in new WordPress setups. The key is to DIVERSIFY.

I use WordPress and Blogger. I used WordPress for awhile, but stopped and used Blogger. I think Blogger is more user friendly, but WordPress has better options and customization. Also, there are a lot of cool plugins for WordPress. I just created a new website that is using WordPress last night and will be using that more often now. I will still use Blogger though since it’s for my simple random blog. I don’t need anything super fancy for that one.

My first blog was created in WordPress, but now I also use Posterous- in 3 months I got to PR3 there (automotive blog)! Obviosuly WordPress has much more options, plugins, widgets and themes, but I found Posterous a perefect platform for beginners
