American actor Christopher Meloni in Wilmingto...

So there I was sifting through my emails yesterday, when I noticed one from my contact for from no other than Greg Schindler  from @FunnyOrDie, oh wow.

So I opened up the email and Greg had brought to my attention a rather funny video on the Funny Or Die website that does have a good cause attached to it, so after watching it I socially shared it out and got back to Greg, letting him know I would do my part and post a blog post up and here it is.

Suffice to say this is all about Kony and to help stop him, so watch the video and please share it around and also stop by www.enoughproject.org/stopkony and help with the cause.

You can watch the video at the Funny Or Die website here: Kony Hunter with Christopher Meloni – #KoniMeloni

So with 2011 slowly creeping out the back door, it was inevitable that we would start getting those “Top” blog posts and not one to fail in the ideas of having something that I know my readers will find interesting, I have caved in and decided to bring you the UKs most watched video clips from Youtube.

Talking Dog Tops The Youtube UKs Most Watched Videos

OK! So you have probably heard about the top video on Youtube and I do have to say that it is in with my favourites, I can’t remember how many time I’ve seen the video on Youtube, but each time I do it has me in fits and giggles and being a dog oner myself, I often have the thoughts of “I wonder what’s going through their minds”

Monkey Dust Liar CliveOk everyone! This could possibly be the final update to this post, so lets get on with it ;)

Now I’ve always been a fan of the TV show Monkey Dust that used to be on BBC Three some years ago with it’s quirky characters and amazing music, this is the show that introduced me to the wonderful musical talents of Goldfrapp and Boards of Canada!

So since having a trusty iPod I’ve been collecting the tracks that have been on the several series that the show ran over and when I originally typed this post I had 22 tracks, now at my most recent count I have 56 tracks that were used over the three series on Monkey Dust, yes that many!

It seems that we are going to be getting some great movies coming to our local cinemas soon and being a big fan of seeing films on a big screen in 7.1 surround sound and of the latest innovation in 3D, I thought I would bring you 5 upcoming movies that I can’t wait to see.

So lets get on with the list in no particular order:

I have to say that I’m a big fan of Christopher Nolan’s take on the Batman movies and I’m certainly looking forward to the last movie in the trilogy, “The Dark Knight Rises”.

Ok you aren’t really going to get much from the teaser trailor which has finally been, officialy, released by Warner Bros. But it does give a little taste of things to come, I for one am really looking forward to seeing it.

Christian Bale reprises his role as The Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Caine as Alfred, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. Along with Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle and Tom Hardy as Bane.

But we are still going to have to wait until the 20th July 2012 to see the end of this saga on the movie screen, but hey, it’s only a year to wait! But it may seem a lot longer ;)

A little post for those fans out there who love the Transformers movies, I can quite honestly say I do enjoy them, but I wouldn’t go nuts over them as some people do ;)

Anyhow, Transformers 3: Dark Of The Moon, don’t know why I keep thinking of Pink Floyd, is due to hit the US on July 1 2011, ooo that’s my birthday  not too sure when we are getting it here in the UK though. Shia LaBeouf and John Turturro are back as well as some of the other cast member from the previous two movies, but so far I’ve not seen Megan Fox mentioned, so that’s going to upset a few guys

The first teaser trailer for Transformers 3 is now out thanks to Paramount Pictures, it’s running at 2:20 mins so not so much a teaser really ;)

Ok enough of the banter, check out the trailer for Transformers 3: Dark Of The Moon now ;)

So there you have it, what do you think, hit or flop?

While surfing the net recently I came across a few trailers of some movies that will be hitting the big screens in 2011 and from what I’ve seen of the trailers they do look pretty good and some of them are even in 3D, awesome.

I love going to the cinema and the experience of watching a movie in 3D is amazing, if it’s done right and not too much in your face, excuse the pun! Now I’m only listing 3 films here in this list, but I could go on for a while, there seems to be some really good-looking films coming out next year.

Anyway I’m going to stop rambling on now and get on with it.
Find out which movies I’ve chosen and watch the trailers
