They pretend to be real celebrities, but it can be recognized that some text is not written by celebrity herself. i’m working on that field and, as far as i know, celebrities usually contribute by themselves on twitter (i.e. they write tweets by their own), but other social networks like myspace, youtube and facebook somethimes are managed by their PR team, and that makes their fans really confused. They pretend to be real celebrities, but it can be recognized that some text is not written by celebrity herself.

Though I use Secondlife a lot and you'll find that's a celebrity hangout too, not that anyone will tell you who they are.
