I used to love the Muppet Show as a small child and have to admit that I do still enjoy their antics when watching them in the Muppet movies, so I thought I would bring a little smile to everyones face with two Muppet videos that are from YouTube.

So sit back and enjoy these videos ;)

The Muppets: Ringing of the Bells

The Muppets: Bohemian Rhapsody

I really love that Bohemian Rhapsody video. The end is really funny.

I had never seen the Ringing of the Bells before. Really enjoyable and definitely in the spirit of the Christmas season.

I’m not really sure why, but as soon as I read “Muppets” I instantly thought of Fragle Rock or however it’s spelled.

    I love your Christmas spirit.

I grew up on the Muppets and these videos bring back a lot of memories. Now when are they going to bring back Fraggle rock? And I just read John’s comment, that scares me that I think like him.

My daughter just posted ‘Ode to Joy’ on Facebook for me, which I promptly posted on my blog. I love the Muppets! Oh, and Fraggle Rock is my text message ringtone. Yeah, I’m lame. :)

It seems Fragle Rock is more popular than The Muppet Show! I have the Banana Splits for my ringtone

I think I got a bigger kick out of watching the Muppets when I watched them with my daughter when she was younger. I’m not sure I appreciated them as much in my own youth. I wonder if she remembers watching them with me? What an awesome memory to have.

    Thanks for sharing these.

I can honestly say that I’m not a big fan of the muppets, but the video’s made me laugh. Even I was singing with although there weren’t much words (ringing of the bells).

I agree with some of the users above that I’m in a better mood now, ‘THE CHRISTMAS MOOD” of love and sharing.

Those videos brought some memories back. I just remembered how fun were The Muppets. I laughed a few minutes after watching the Ringing of the bells video. A comeback will be nice but I don’t think they will be able to make the same impact as before. People have too many TV shows to choose from these days.

I think these days, people would expect The Muppets to be all CGI which would be a real shame!

These days everything is about special effects. Not many people know how to appreciate real art anymore. All they seek is eye candy. If you talk about a movie, you will find out that people were impressed with the special effects rather than the story and the message of the movie. This makes me sad…
