I haven’t downloaded the update yet but it sounds a little too late to get in the game – there are already too many social networks to keep up with. But an easy way to share new bands with friends might be an interesting feature if I get the gist of what you were saying about it.

I hope that Ms. Elza Mueller succeeds in the music industry, but remember this: she will have to take charge of her own career (and not her “manager”) if she is going to remain “relevant” in the music scene.

Unfortunately, music and the people that listen to it nowadays are “fickle”, which means that your own fans can turn on you (negatively) at the whim of a hat…

Yeah I’ve played around a little bit with Ping but I’m not too fancy about it yet. I like the idea but right now it’s just boring, me thinks. I’m hoping it gets better as more artists are added.

Whoa… I had no idea I’d been at it this long, but I’m just over 17 months right now.

Most of the stuff I published that first half a year is garbage. Somewhere along the way, my blog turned into a photoblog… so now I have another URL where I publish non-photography stuff. Over time, I’m moving a lot of that “first six months” type stuff to the other site (complete with 301 redirects for SEO goodness).

Congratulations on two years – here’s to the next two! Cheers!
