HART and JOHNSON Crash on to DVD/Blu-ray in Central Intelligence

If you love Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kevin Hart in the madcap movie Central Intelligence then we have some news for you today.

Proving that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, Dwayne Johnson (Fast & Furious) and Kevin Hart (Ride Along, Get Hard) team up in the hilarious, action-packed comedy, Central Intelligence, available on digital download from 17th October, and on Blu-ray and DVD from 31st October 2016, courtesy of Universal Pictures (UK).

From the makers of We’re The Millers and Dodgeball, Central Intelligence follows Calvin Joyner (Hart), an extremely popular student and star athlete who saves his helpless, obese classmate Bob (Johnson) from a truly humiliating experience. Twenty years later, the one-time bullied geek has grown up to be a lethal CIA agent.

Coming home for his high-school reunion and claiming to be on a top-secret case, Bob enlists the help of the former ‘big man on campus’ Calvin, now an accountant who misses his glory days. But before the staid number-cruncher realises what he’s getting into, it’s too late to get out, as his increasingly unpredictable new friend drags him through a world of shoot-outs, double-crosses and espionage that could get them both killed in more ways than he can count.

Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart rip up the rulebook to become this summer’s funniest comedy heroes, with Johnson earning particular praise for his role as the transformed geek on a mission. With Amy Ryan (The Office), Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) and Jason Bateman (Horrible Bosses 2) also along for the ride, Central Intelligence is the ultimate comedy to track down when it’s released this October.
