Improve Your Alexa Ranking with Fellow Bloggers and Friends!

Alexa LogoIt’s been an age-old question with website owners everywhere on how to  improve their Alexa Ranking.

Recently I’ve read two great posts with regards to the subject by Tycoon Blogger in How to improve your Alexa ranking and the other by ExtremeJohn in 3 Ways to Increase Your Alexa Ranking.

In the post by ExtremeJohn he mentions a great tip for everyone to use, it’s a simple thing to do when you are checking out the stats of a website/blog on Alexa and it’s a blog that you visit a lot or you really enjoy then leave a review on Alexa.

Apparently if you receive a lot of 5 star ratings on Alexa then this will in turn improve your Alexa ranking, so if you are feeling generous then check out Blazing Minds on Alexa and be kind enough to leave me a tasty review, but remember to let me know so I can return the favour ;)

    Both of those posts have very useful tips to improve your alexa ranking. They are both doing a great job with their alexa ranking’s as well, both under 50,000 which is impressive.

    I didn’t know or think that review would give you a better ranking buts that’s really interesting, I better try to get some reviews myself.

    I have been testing this since I have read the same articles, I don’t know if the ranking benefit takes effect right away, or after set number of time. I did get to 5 5 star ratings and Alexa rank exactly the same as I was with 0 ratings. I did just rate your blog 5 stars on Alexa though.

    Oh you clever girl – that was a nice way to boost your review count. :) Well deserved though. My Alexa rank was climbing nicely but then I got too busy to post and after a few months with only one post a month Alexa has given me the evil eye. As much as I like blogging I’m spread a bit too thin to be very successful. (maybe I should spend less time commenting and more time posting… ;) ) I’ll certainly leave you a good review once I get a moment to create an Alexa account.
