Hi Karen,

I have recently installed Twittley, and am now a big fan of it. Tweetmeme never appealed to me, even though I’m sure that it’s a fine plugin. What got me about Twittley though was the weighted vote system, and the fact that visitors could simply press the button, vote for your article, and never skip a beat. That is AWESOME, and it makes Twittley an innovator and has put Tweetmeme on the defensive. And when an established group is on the defensive, that simply means that the users benefit from the competition.

Thanks to everyone for your comments so far, as an update to the post I just tried to update to V1.2 of the Twittley plugin, but my WordPress just didn’t like it and came up with several errors, so I had to resort back to the original version, so if anyone is not sure about updating to 1.2 then download you plugin from your WP installation before updating, so you have something to fall back on

I have also changed to Twittley from Tweetmeme. I like the site and all the benefits it has, I just wish there were more categories.
