3) Go stand on an air conditioning vent with the fan cranked on high
4) Squawk at my kids for standing in front of the refrigerator with the door open (that’s MY spot)
5) Cold beer bottle, first applied to forehead, then to mouth.
6) (this really works when you’re too overheated) Run cold water over my hands and arms.
