Blazing Minds

This was going to be my Monday Moan for next week, but I just had to get it off my chest..

It’s gotten to the point now that when I open up the monthly magazine from Sky I dread reading it, specially with their blatant self promotion of Sky+ HD, I come on there is only so much people can take!

Here are just a few of the examples:

Watching Lie to Me in high definition on Sky1 HD gives you chance to play detective yourself. With sharper detail, you’ll be able to spot every twitch and flicker of a suspect’s face

Come on you can see that on a normal TV anyway!

Better Betty! – With a sharper detail of high definition you don’t just watch Betty in action, you feel like you’re there. The fashion is more fabulous, the laughs louder, the tragedy more tear-jerking.

Laughs Louder!!! Hmmmm…

And that’s how it goes throughout the magazine every month it’s the same, yes I know they are trying to plug the system, which incidently costs you another £9+ per month, but come on, do we have to have the feeblest of comments.

What next “With Sky+ HD you can feel every fart from a horses arse in glorious HD when vets get their arms stuck up a cows bum!”

Personally I’ve seen Sky HD and though it’s good I wouldn’t sell my granny for it….

So please Sky stop blatantly over plugging it, it’s just so annoying!!!
