I have tried to make it match the colours of the site and it fits nicely at the bottom the blog, not bothering anybody, but for those that look a little closer at it will notice that I have some handy little featuring running on it and recently I add some of the newer features that Wibiya have added to their site for Toolbar users to use.

My Wibiya Toolbar now has a Digg button, which hopefully should start showing visitor how many time a post has been Dugg as well as the option to Digg the post themselves, once clicked it opens anew window, so the readers doesn’t have to leave the blog, nice.

Secondly I have added a Content Timeline, now this is my favourite, when clicked a new overlay will appear allowing visitors to search though the blog for blog posts as quick as a flash.

Though you are limited to the amount of posts in your blogs RSS feed, 15 for mine, it is still great for quick access, clicking on any of the posts will bring up an information box showing you some details about that post.

Also not forgetting some of the other button on the toolbar such as Sharing posts on social networks, a Twitter Dashboard, FaceBook Page integration and several more options, which I’m going to let you explore

So just by adding these options with a Wibiya Toolbar you could reduce your bounce rate on your blog as well as get some more going on with your readers of your blog, it’s working for me so why don’t you give it a shot

So after my post about the WordPress Plugins used for my Weekly and Monthly Stats I thought I would bring you some blogging tips and show you just some of the WordPress plugins that I use and fine helpful in my blog. You can get all these plugins via the links from this blog or you can use the “add new” option in your WordPress dashboard under plugins.

1. Broken Link Checker – This is great when you have made posts with links and over time these links may become broken, this plugin allows you to find them and edit them via your dashboard.
2. Dashboard: Scheduled Posts – If you have posts scheduled then this plugin will display them on your main dashboard, so you can easily see what posts are scheduled.
3. Insights – Adds a search box with options on your posting page to search your WordPress blog which is supported by Ask.com, Google, MSN Search and YAHOO, then add links and images to your post.
4. No Self Pings – There is nothing worse than posting on your blog with a link to an earlier post and getting a pingback from your own site, this plugin stops this.
5. Pending Post Indicator – This is ideal when you have guest bloggers, it will tell you on the main dashboard if you have any pending posts from a user waiting for review, enabling you to post guest posts quickly.
6. Post Template – If you are posting weekly updates or a post which has a similar layout each week, then this plugin will enable you to save a template and use them to quickly create a posts with similar layouts.
7. Search & Replace – I find this plugin very useful, it will allow you to search your database and replace anything you want, example: if you change your twitter name, you could search for the address and change all occurrences of the old address to the updated one.
