I’m sure you need others to visit and read your blog especially if you are a productive writer. You need someone to give feedback or asking you about your article or start a discussion on your comment box. I can say that you need visitors or traffic to your brand new blog.

I saw few blogs with great contents but they didn’t go to the surface. This is about strategies for a blog. If you are really a beginner on blogging, you don’t have to be afraid that no one will take a look your blog. The right promotion and marketing your blog, sure people will come to visit your blog. If you are a productive writer, so you have to promote your works, tell the world about your works.

There’s a few easy ways to promote your blog and start getting traffic to your brand new blog.

1. Join Blogger Community. Yes, its a must for new blogger. Why blogger community? Because you can find other blogger like you, from the expert until beginner like you. Create profile and don’t forget to put your avatar on your profile.  The goal is to get connect with other blogger.
2. Start Leaving Comments. This is what I did when I started my blogging journey, and I’m still do leaving comments until today. After you find other blogger on your new community, try to visit as many as blog you can for one day, and left a nice comment but do not spamming. Nice and useful comment will attract the blog owner to visit your blog.
3. Social Network. Using your network to promote your new blog, off line and online social network. Try to put your blog url on your business card, tell your  family and friends that you build a new blog. Using Facebook and Twitter to promote your blog. Don’t forget to put your url on your profile.

I’m sure your blog starting get more visitors with these activities. Leaving Comment is my favorite promotion tool to get more traffic.  Additional tips, try to leave comment on the same niche blog and high PR blog.
