1.    Clear Your Cookies

If your laptop computer is internet enabled, there is every tendency that your cookies are already bugged. Every web page store cookies on your computer and that’s why you don’t have to retype the whole web address on the browser. The moment you type the first 2 letters, because you’ve viewed the site in question earlier, it pops out.

Web cookies can be beneficial but if you neglect to clear them off, it could be detrimental to your laptop’s life. The speed will automatically reduce and this isn’t what you bargained for. So, to clear your cookies, click on the “tools” menu of your Mozilla firefox, scroll down on the drop down list and click “clear recent history.” Within the dialogue box that appears, you’ll see a section to clear cookies.

2.    Empty Recycle Bin

When last did you empty the laptop recycle bin?

All the files, documents and folders that were deleted from your hard drive are stored in the recycle bin. This is temporal storage until you decide what to do with those documents. The good thing is that you can restore important files and still make use of them.
