It’s been a busy week for me this week, what with blogging here on my blog, producing some new tracks for my music project, Remergence and going out to work to pay the bills, sometimes I think I’m going to meet myself going out the door as I’m coming in

Anywho! Yesterday was Twitter FollowFriday and in the bliss of quickness I posted up my FollowFriday recommendations on Twitter, but, as I always like to mention them here as well, I thought I better knock up this post quickly and bring to you my choice, so here we go I tweeted in two parts, all the Tweeters on the list are those that have mentioned @BlazingMinds in either conversation or RTs.

As you may have remembered last week I posted up the start of my series of posts where each week I bring you a list of those that I recommend for the Twitter Follow Friday.

This is a question that I have been asked before by loads of my friends and I thought I would write a short post on my tips for your mass of DMs or Direct Messages that you may have building up on your Twitter profile.

First of all your DMs shouldn’t really give you any cause for concern, even though they may be a bit of a pain to have loads, they are generally not a problem, but, if you do want to get rid of them, there is sadly no option on Twitter to delete multiple DMs, so how do you do it?

There is time when you are following or are followed by that many people of Twitter that sometimes you get bombarded with complete Spam, you know the stuff, sending you direct messages about joining 140 bands etc. So there comes a time when you need to sift out these possible spammers and block them from your Twitter Timeline.

One way of doing this is with a website called TwitChuck.

A few days ago I posted over at the Official Remergence Blog with news that @RemBeatZ had hit 5,000 followers on Twitter, which is fantastic and it has boosted the bands Twitter a bit.

Then not long after that I am proud to say that @BlazingMinds the official Twitter for this blog, received a tweet from @MrMileStone to let me know that I was nearing that 4,000 mark and my Twitter had 3,995 followers.

So I ReTweeted the tweet to show my joy of hitting another landmark on Twitter and patiently waited for my followers to get over that 4,000 mark.

I would like to thank everyone that is following me on Twitter, but mostly, I would like to thank those of you that take the time to RT the Tweets and click the links to visit this blog and then comment on the blog post, it’s you guys and gals that really encourage me to keep blogging and Tweeting.
