Lets face it there are so many sites out there these days that offer you the chance to increase your followers and the majority of these sites can fall foul of the Twitter Spammers, but when I heard about Just Retweet, I had to check it out for myself, the title just made me think, “Now that sounds interesting”

First of all Just Retweet is quite basic and there isn’t any of all that pop and circumstance of promising you the world in the TwitterVerse, it’s just there to help spread your tweets to the ever-growing Twitter users.

JustRetweet is a Web site that drives a lot of traffic to your Twitter account and your blog when your tweet gets retweeted and goes viral. There’s no question that Twitter drives website traffic. This is particularly true when one of your updates blog post, Website, etc.is retweeted within the industry. And the effect is two-fold: You not only get a good dose of traffic to your site, but will also likely gain new Twitter followers as a result.

As most of you know yesterday was my blog 2nd birthday and I must say a big thank you to everyone who stopped by the [intlink id="happy-birthday-blazing-minds" type="post"]birthday post[/intlink] and commented.

Now back on topic Yesterday, well in fact the last few days seemed to have a sudden build of website traffic with yesterday hitting a total of 1,881 views and the majority of these views seem to hover around two blog posts: Shrek Forever After: The Verdict with 744 views and iTunes 10 and the Ping Social Network for Music! with 233 views, the rest of the views came from the rest of the blog.

The day before had similar amount of website traffic with the overall views totalling in at 1,334 views with the top two posts being: Shrek Forever After: The Verdict with 608 and How To Select All Your Facebook Friends When Inviting Them to a Page or Group etc with 182 views.

As you can see for some reason, I not sure why, but Shrek Forever After, seems to be bringing in a lot of website traffic lately and it seems to be coming from StumbleUpon.

In the last 7 days StumbleUpon has been the second biggest sender of traffic to Blazing Minds with Google still at the top of the list of website referrals.

It is nice to see that Blazing Minds has become so popular over the two years that I’ve been blogging and that people enjoy the posts that I have posted as well as the posts that my Guest Bloggers have submitted as well.

The other day I had a tweet from @benbarden asking if I had seen a new feature on CMF Ads, so I shot over to take a look at this new feature which I found on my dashboard, the new feature is called “Spikes”.

So I thought it would be a good idea to bring the readers of my blog a little bit of information about this new feature.

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have seen some really ugly websites become highly successful and counter to that I have seen the most beautifully crafted websites with extraordinary graphics get absolutely nowhere. So, it isn’t going to matter how brilliant you think your website is or how well you believe it is monetized. No traffic, no sales!

If your own website is not performing as well as you had hoped, the most obvious answer is that you are not getting the traffic your website needs.

This is an ongoing debate as to whether we should focus on targeted traffic only or any traffic that we can get hold of. Before you say targeted traffic of course, it may all depend on the volume. Converting your visitors into buyers is outside the remit of this article, however, do the math…
