What would you do to lose weight? Eat less and exercise more? Change to a low calorie diet or even get a gastric band fitted?
If you’re large enough to require gastric banding or bariatric surgery of any kind you’ve probably tried everything else you can, traditional weight loss techniques simply won’t work. However, if you’re thinking of drastic surgery one Dr Chugay of the Cosmetic Surgery Medial Clinic Inc. has introduced a new surgical procedure which will help people with their weight loss program.
Not shy of self promotion the innovation is called the Chugay Tongue Patch and it is proclaimed as an alternative to more drastic weight loss surgeries. It is far cheaper, less intrusive and available in a lunchtime surgery. Thanks to these facts the tongue patch is far cheaper than other weight loss surgeries, a gastric bypass can cost between $18-35,000 while the tongue patch comes in at a fraction of the price at $2,000 and at the time of writing over 60 patients had undergone the procedure.
Dr Chugay has only recently begun performing the surgery but he has dubbed his invention The Miracle Patch.
So, how does the tongue patch work as an aid to weight loss? Dies it suppress the appetite? Does it make foods taste peculiar or unpalatable?
Well, you’d hope so, in fact it simply makes eating so difficult and indeed painful that you have to drink all of your meals for the duration of having the patch applied.

Now I have used a Wii Ballance Board before and have had a few goes with @quiffylaa31 so the decision to get was one an easy one to make, but believe me when I say it’s really energetic, as it’s very energetic to use
Once the Balance Board was synced up to the Wii it was time to get going, the Wii Fit Plus game first gives you a body test to test you balance, fitness and your Wii Fit age, enough said about that the better
