According to Technorati it has now been 86 days since I last pinged them with my blog updates, when in fact I have been pinging them several times in the last month.
I have tried to get in touch with them asking why but that was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response from them on why they are not updating the “last Ping” date for the Blazing Minds Blog, the other blogs I work on seem to be ok, but this one is having problems with them.
So for those who do use Technorati, I am updaing this blog and trying to get them to update the “last ping” date, if anyone is having the same problem with their blog, or knows how to solve this problems, then I would love to hear from you

This might just be a front end glitche.
does it show your recent posts in there and recent backlinks? If yes, then its pinging fine and just not showing it properly. If you cant see any recent post there then I guess there’s might be a problem. However, you could try using a third party pinger such as Pingomatic and see if that works

@Ernest: I think it’s a big glitch, no recent posts, nothing, I do use Pingomatic, even tried feedburner and when I have emailed Technorati they haven’t answered me!
I’m with you on this ship. I’ve pinged to my hearts content, and nothing. Not only that, but I have a heck of a time even loading the pages on tech…And I don’t have that problem with any other sites..

Finally after nearly 90 days I’ve been pinged at Technorati, 11 Hours ago my posts etc were updated and now my Authority has increased to 17, my rank to 357,299 and my posts are finally showing up!
Well done on getting your problems sorted, I’m having the devil’s own job of trying to get my pings updated. Don’t know why I bother though, there are only about eight people in the world who read my blog but you never know…

Another update for all you bloggers out there wondering about Technorati, well it’s happening all over again, some of my blogs are been crawled every 1 to 3 days, where as this blog hasn’t been crawled by the Technorati spider for 29 days
