Thought We’d Seen The Last of Rambo! Think Again

Rambo

The news is just in that Rambo 5 has been given the green light and Rambo himself, Sylvester Stallone (now 68) is due to return to not only bring his character back to the big screen but also write Rambo 5 as well.

The news is that in this movie, John Rambo will be going up against a Mexican cartel as quoted by Splendid Film who have bought the rights to the sequel in the franchise.

The new movie in the franchise is pencilled in for a 2015 release, but here at Blazing Minds we’ve seen dates mentioned before and they go straight past them, so only time will tell if Rambo 5 will indeed be released next year or the year after.

Many of us thought that Rambo 4 would be the last of the movies in the franchise and an ageing Rambo just didn’t seem to have the appeal of the younger one of the 80s and 90s, but hey who are we to put the franchise down, the latest movies has been in the rumour pipeline since 2008 when the last movie grossed around £66m.

So what do you think, do you think Rambo 5 is a good idea? Would you go and see it? Or do you perhaps think that Stallone is now past his prime and the movie may not be a big as the studios are hoping for?

Well I will surely go and watch the film. Rambo is an excellent series of movies. Each time it has some thing new to offer. it is one of my favorite movie. And frankly speaking I cannot think of Rambo without Sylvester Stallone.

And coming to the Stallone’s age which is 68 , I think age is only a number for the person who has the will to do some thing. We have all seen him in Expendables, Expendables 2 on how fit he was and will soon be seeing in Expendables 3. So eagerly waiting for Rambo 5 .

Its surely a good idea and thank you blazing minds for sharing such great information.
