		<description><![CDATA[I never thought about this, but I don&#039;t know if is applicable in all situations. It depends on what exactly you are trying to accomplish doing cardio. If you want to loose fat for example a known way of doing it is to do intervals. That means to keep a slow pace a few minutes, than to use a very high pace for a few minutes, than again a slow pace, and so on. I don&#039;t know if you can use that application you are talking about in this case and I for example prefer running outside on a track in the woods and I have all the atmosphere I need right there :) Anyway, this can be a very useful application for a lot of people and I will recommend it to my friends and maybe I will use it too, if I will buy an ipod of course :) Thanks for sharing this!]]></description>
