Twitter FollowFriday Recommendation (Better Late Than Never)
Posted by Karen in UncategorizedIt’s been a busy week for me this week, what with blogging here on my blog, producing some new tracks for my music project, Remergence and going out to work to pay the bills, sometimes I think I’m going to meet myself going out the door as I’m coming in 
Anywho! Yesterday was Twitter FollowFriday and in the bliss of quickness I posted up my FollowFriday recommendations on Twitter, but, as I always like to mention them here as well, I thought I better knock up this post quickly and bring to you my choice, so here we go I tweeted in two parts, all the Tweeters on the list are those that have mentioned @BlazingMinds in either conversation or RTs.

It varies, this list of those that have mentioned @BlazingMinds over the week, but sometimes, it’s a list of tweeters that have tweeted something interesting as well, this way I think it brings a bit more to the lists

I’m not sure if I’m following Blazing Minds yet but I shall go check directly. I’m hopeless with Twitter. In the process of building my followers for the second time – deleted the first account in a fit of “what a time suck this is” and I still think it takes way more time than what it’s worth for me.
However, people who are supposed to know about this sort of thing assure me that I HAVE to have a Twitter account so I meekly do as they suggest. I try not to follow porn stars, people who peddle fake watches and Twitter streams in languages I don’t understand. Other than that, I follow, I engage, and I secretly think it was way more fun when I just followed 3 dozen people who genuinely interested me.
Couldn’t help but notice when President Obama was elected how much unpleasantness there was in some quarters as people discovered that they really didn’t know their followers half as well as they thought they did. Some very bitter comments.
But isn’t that what makes Twitter so interesting. Okay, I’m off to follow any of you that don’t fall foul of my “rules of enfollowment”.
