I was happily tweeting away the other day when a tweet came in from @jsinkeywest about the BloggerLuv community, now I’m not one for whoring myself out to these communities and social networks, I am really, so I had to stop by.
Now I like to think that I am a supporter of fellow bloggers and I do try now and again to give a bit of advice and linky love to fellow bloggers, and the BloggerLuv community is one such place that in my humble, if not deranged, opinion is a site that all bloggers should become part of. I’ve not been a member long and I’m only just getting used to what can be done, but it’s one hell of a site!

Not only is there a selection of blog posts posted from a great collection of blogs across the net, but you can upload videos, pictures, get involved in discussions with other like-minded bloggers, it’s sort of like BlogCatalog, but miles better
What does this mean to fellow bloggers, well, it’s going to a place that is run by some like-minded bloggers and is going to be the future, a bit like garlic bread
and to those that haven’t a clue what I’m on about and I know there are a few of you out there, take a look for yourselves by visiting BloggerLuv. It’s going to be the hub of the blogging world, the bees knees, the icing on the cake, the be all and end all ….. Ok John have I sold it enough yet, I’m running out of compliments, oh hang on one more ….. It’s WICKED
So though I don’t really want to you stop and go straight away to BloggerLuv I need your love and comments here …. Ok I’ll make the links open in new windows/tabs … So you can pop back and let us all know what you think of the site … Ok I’ll stop now but before I go a tip for everyone …. “Never cross the road until you see the little green man”
…… Damn I’ve drank too much caffeine today

Hi Karen can you tell us what the key benefits of BloggerLuv are? Is it like a Ning network for bloggers? Happy to join but I have signed up for sooo many services that I am getting a bit weary. Cheers!

@Jorgen the benefits are up to u but I wanted to mention one that I never seen anywhere. On your profile page you should see add block way at the bottom. You hit html and add adsense 480 etc u may have to edit the width by like 5px anyway
in any event the site is NOT to profit me or benefit me but for Bloggers. I got tired of seeing sites screw bloggers
So I did something about it. The site is accumulating links like crazy. Add your blog, write in the wiki, I’m working on the code to flip the whole site DO FOLLOW, Anyway I’m having FUN and you should to.

you add one at the top and bottom or whatever you want. Then you promote YOUR page. When someone takes a few minutes to set up there page it will be worth promoting. You can also hover over the blocks to see the MOVE bar then you can drag the blocks around. Some are hard to get to the sidebar but I think if people want to keep in touch with other cool bloggers add things they like and have ads on this site it will pay off also I’m always adding more features everyday. The site is on DAY 4
PS Thanks so much Karen for all your support
Thanks Jorgen I will elevate your role so you can see and do more
Basically the site is what you make it
Thanks everyone

I’ve heard a little about blogger luv but haven’t had time to try it. You’re too modest, saying that you haven’t had much time to try it out – you’re one of the top users! I quit being hesitant to try things when I realized that I already have tons of social accounts, and sometimes you just have to sign up and play around with the site before you really know what it can do.

It’s amazing how we’ll follow John to the ends of the blogosphere isn’t it? He is such a great guy. I don’t have room for anything else on my plate but when I heard about BloggerLuv, I put a few blog posts on hold so that I could join and spend some time there.
Like you said Karen, it’s the future.
We luv u John!!
