The other day, while pondering through the videos that live on YouTube I came across one that got me thinking about embarrassing moments, so I thought I would take this opportunity to start a discussion, which I don’t do that often …. Or do I?

Anyhow on to the post at hand, we have probably all been in those predicaments where we have forgotten something or someone and found it quite embarrassing..  Now I am going to ask you all to keep this clean, I know there are those out there with a mind so dirty that a bin lorry looks clean compared to their minds, so you have been warned!

I actually never had been in a predicament where I can’t just shrug off. Sure I cringe about it, but after a while I also end up laughing at the memory :) It’s what makes us who we are.

haha, mine was similar to Jorgens

I lost my temper with a train conductor because he claimed the train was at it’s last stop, I f’d and blinded that I knew he was wrong because this train stops at xyz station and pointed out the window to (what I thought was) the station sign that said abc station.

Everyone was watching and pointing, turns out I was in the end carriage of a long train and the sign I was pointing to was a directional sign telling people to use this platform for abc station, the window frame blocked out the first bit of the text that said “use this platform for… abc station”

chagrin… never knew what it meant until that day. lol

Not sure about the most embarrassing moment, but one moment I had recently could very well be up near the top…

I’m a real estate agent. I called a seller to let them know I would be bringing a potential buyer to view their home. Well, the home was a rental and the landlord said she would let the renter know we would be by. The buyer and I showed up, knocked on the door, received no answer so I let ourselves in using the lockbox. So for, so good. My client starts looking at the kitchen and I meander towards the bedrooms. To my disbelief, the renters were, well let’s say, doing the wild thing! I quickly ushered my client out of the house. The renters never got the word we were previewing the home!

Not sure if I was more embarrassed about what I walked in on, or having to tell the buyers, who are in the 70s, what I had walked in on. Yikes!

I dunno thought, if I was YOU I’d be pissed off, the LANDLORD should be embarrassed. lol

I’ve been through a few embarrassing moments – and if there isn’t something funny in the predicament, well, you just want to forget about it as soon as you can. The most recent embarrassing moment that happened to me was that my partner and I had to go out of the city for a few days and he forgot to go to the bank and take the money we needed. When he realized the bank was closed for the weekend he panicked and he got me also quite mad on him. He began to make calls to a few of his friends to lend us. What was even more irritating was that he was so stubborn that he wouldn’t listen for my opinion until he finally got to what I suggested. Grrrr – embarrassing and annoying at the
    same time.
