Over Christmas I was very lucky to get a Wii and have had tons of fun playing the Wii Sports Resort, with Wii Motion Plus that came with it and it’s certainly been an experience in playing games.
But, as I’ve found, this is an ideal way to lose a couple of pounds, work up a sweat and have fun all at the same time, so the other day I decided to go one step further and get myself a Wii Fit Plus bundle. This includes the Wii Balance Board and the Wii Fit Plus game that now features several new games such as skateboarding and more.
Now I have used a Wii Ballance Board before and have had a few goes with @quiffylaa31 so the decision to get was one an easy one to make, but believe me when I say it’s really energetic, as it’s very energetic to use 😆
Once the Balance Board was synced up to the Wii it was time to get going, the Wii Fit Plus game first gives you a body test to test you balance, fitness and your Wii Fit age, enough said about that the better 😉
There are over 65 activities to choose from and all are a challenge when you first use the game, these are: Training Plus, Yoga, Muscle Workouts, Aerobic Exercises and Balance Games. Now I do have my favourites out of all these and I am losing the pounds as I play/workout, but I must say that some of the Yoga moves are right out, it maybe my muscles are a bit tight at the moment, but I dare say I’ll get there eventually 😉
For me the Nintendo Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board has been worth every penny I paid for it, it’s fun, easy to use and best of all the family can use it, even my two dogs, yes you read that right, there is an option to keep an eye on your pets weight 😉
So if you have got a Nintendo Wii then I highly recommend getting this pack, not only will you have hours of fun, it will help you get a little fitter and feel younger, it’s working for me 😉 But remember, all this help with a healthy lifestyle and diet, don’t over indulge and try to eat a balanced diet and this will also help towards your weight loss, the same as if you were going to a gym, but now, your gym is at home 😉
