There are some great movies coming to Sky Cinema in June including a return to The Matrix and a trip to the 60s with a movie that really has you enjoying every moment, so we take look at the June Highlights and of course bring you the links to the movies that we have reviewed here on Blazing Minds.

Duel, A Sky Original

Dual is a satirical science fiction thriller film written, produced and directed by Riley Stearns. It tells the story of a woman, who after receiving a terminal diagnosis commissions a clone of herself to ease the loss of her friends and family, but when she recovers her attempts to have her clone decommissioned fail, leading to a court-mandated duel to the death. Starring Karen Gillan, Aaron Paul and Theo James.

Last Seen Alive, A Sky Original

Will Spann, who is driving his soon-to-be ex-wife Lisa to her parents’ home when she mysteriously disappears without a trace during a stop at a gas station. A frantic Will engages the local police and Lisa’s parents in a desperate attempt to find her, but as time passes and suspicion falls on him, he must take matters into his own hands, delving into the town’s criminal underbelly while running from the authorities in a race against time to find Lisa.

The Matrix Resurrections
We checked out The Matrix Resurrections in IMAX when it was released and it’s great to see that the movie is arriving on Sky Cinema this June.
To find out if his reality is a construct, Mr Anderson will have to follow the white rabbit once more. Sci-fi action sequel with Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss.

Last Night in Soho
We loved Last Night in Soho when it hit the big screen, so if you haven’t seen this amazing movie then now’s your chance if you have Sky or NOW.
Edger Wright’s psychological thriller about a young fashion designer who is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s, where the glamour isn’t all it appears. Anya Taylor-Joy, Thomasin McKenzie and Matt Smith star.

Along with the June Highlights, this June is the Sky Collections. To celebrate Pride month, from 10th June to 12th June we are showcasing some of our favourite LGBTQ films including Philadelphia, Milk and Supernova. Best of the 90s, We’re taking it back to the classics of the ’90s on Sky Cinema this summer. From the 16th of June to the 23rd of June enjoy some of our favourite nostalgic films of the decade such as Forrest Gump, Notting Hill, Clueless and The Shawshank Redemption.
