We all know that the MTV Movie Awards can be a bit wild at times, but this years may be hot, Conan O’Brien has mentioned they may contain Nudity and Fire!
“I’ve been preparing for this job for several years,” joked the talk show host backstage Friday during a break from rehearsing for Sunday’s fan-favourite ceremony. “I knew I’d be doing the 2014 MTV Movie Awards, so I’ve been doing a series of isometrics, underwater exercises, Pilates and Greco-Roman wrestling, which had no benefit to my body, but I strangely enjoyed it. My body is in incredible shape, and you might be seeing some of that on the show.” – Conan O’Brien
This years MTV Awards guest list includes Johnny Depp, Kate Upton, Jared Leto, Cameron Diaz and Mark Wahlberg, so it looks like it’s going to be a good night, not just for the films being awarded but also for the shenanigans that may be taking place.
Let’s face it how many other movie wards do you know that have awards such as “Best Shirtless Performance”, “Best Kiss” and “Best Fight”.
O’Brien will certainly bring in some more humour to the Awards and with a show full of special effects based around an apocalypse-themed stage, which includes a giant 5,000-pound bucket of fake popcorn and a sign that lights on fire, it will be one heck of a night!
