Movie news and a new trailer for you today folks as we bring you news of the new upcoming movie, Regression, starring Emma Watson, Ethan Hawke and David Thewlis, the movie is directed and written by Alejandro Amenábar.
Regression is set in Minnesota, 1990, detective Bruce Kenner (Ethan Hawke) investigates the case of young Angela (Emma Watson), who accuses her father, John Gray (David Dencik), of an unspeakable crime. When John unexpectedly and without recollection admits guilt, renowned psychologist Dr. Raines (David Thewlis) is brought in to help him relive his memories and what they discover unmasks a horrifying nationwide mystery.

Academy Award® nominee Ethan Hawke (Boyhood, Training Day) and Emma Watson (Beauty and the Beast, Harry Potter saga) star in REGRESSION, the return of Academy Award Winner® Alejandro Amenábar (The Sea Inside) to genre, where he previously had great success with The Others, which grossed over $200 million worldwide. The film, based on Amenábar´s original screenplay is produced by Fernando Bovaira (The Others).
REGRESSION also stars David Thewlis (The Theory of Everything, Harry Potter), David Dencik (Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Dale Dickey (Winter´s Bone, True Blood), Lothaire Bluteau (The Tudors) and Devon Bostick (Diary of a Wimpy Kid).
REGRESSION will be released across UK and Ireland by Entertainment Film Distributors on 9th October 2015.
