The fantastic Harry Wild returns with Jane Seymour and the new series sees Samantha Mumba joining the cast for the second series of the very popular show on Acorn TV.
Former literature professor, Harry Wild (Jane Seymour) has found an unusual pastime in retirement: solving crimes along with her young partner in PI work, Fergus Reid (Rohan Nedd, Whitstable Pearl). Together the wise-cracking pair investigate cases ranging from missing persons to murders, much to the annoyance of Harry’s son, Charlie (Kevin Ryan, Guilt), who’s a detective in the Dublin Garda. When Fergus’s mother suddenly turns up, years after abandoning her family, they have a deeply personal mystery to solve: What are her intentions? And can he trust her?
Harry Wild Series 2 will feature six episodes and it premieres on Acorn TV on 9th October 2023, with the first two episodes, then one episode per week on subsequent Mondays.

In 2022, Seymour made her return to series television in Harry Wild for AMC’s streaming channel Acorn TV. Seymour stars as Dublin-based retired literature professor Harriet “Harry” Wild who stumbles into a second act as a private investigator solving crimes with her literary expertise and young, streetwise sidekick, much to the consternation of her son, a detective in the Dublin police.
Grammy-nominated Samantha Mumba made US chart History as the youngest International female soloist to debut on the Billboard Hot 100. She has had a number-one album and countless Top 10 hits worldwide. She also starred as the lead alongside Guy Pierce in the Oscar-nominated film The Time Machine and sang on the Legally Blonde Soundtrack.
