With next month not far away, we bring you a list of the great movies that are being released courtesy of Signature Entertainment in August, so let’s take a look at what is being released including Julia Louis-Dreyfus’s NYC comedy You Hurt My Feelings written & directed by Nicole Holofcener and Charlie Day’s directorial debut comedy Fool’s Paradise.

This animated family feature is all about finding your own unique superpower. 11-year-old gaming enthusiast Hedvig finds her life turned upside down when she must step into the shoes of her father, who is the town’s secret superhero, sooner than expected. Little does she know, this will lead her on a journey of self-discovery through which she will uncover her inner hero, despite a lack of super strength, speed or coordination. This fun caper is based on one of the most extraordinary crimes of the 20th century. Fool’s Paradise
Charlie Day’s satirical comedic debut will leave you in stitches. A down-on-his-luck publicist (Ken Jeong, The Hangover), who gets his lucky break when he discovers a man recently released from a mental health facility (Charlie Day, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) looks just like a method actor who refuses to leave his trailer. Featuring an all-star cast including Ray Liotta (Cocaine Bear), Kate Beckinsale (Underworld), Adrien Brody (The Pianist), Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso), Edie Falco (The Sopranos), Jason Bateman (Arrested Development), Jimmi Simpson (Westworld), Common (John Wick: Chapter 2), Fool’s Paradise is directed and written by Charlie Day in his directorial debut.
