Those of you that listen to my Radio Show on Phase Radio Wales, will have heard me mention The Montagues on several occasions and will have heard a selection of from them playing during the shows.
Who Are The Montagues?
The Montagues are an alt-rock/indie band from here in North Wales that was formed in late 2018 with Jack on Drums, Mike on Guitar, Jon on Bass and Kyle on Vocals and Guitar, the guys are a band that has a punchy drum bass-driven riffs feel with what can only be described as stadium-sized choruses that are a not only a delight to listen to but are well constructed for the musical style.
The guys say their music is written about the current state of the music industry on the backdrop of working-class towns in North Wales. “If you’re fed up with talks of politics, racists, sexists and Jeremy Clarkson, then our music will be relate-able”.
New Single and Video Nothing to Everything
We are so pleased to bring the new video for Nothing to Everything and foot-tapping second single from their debut EP, the video was shot by Boho Bokeh and it looks brilliant, heck it sounds brilliant as well.
Here at Blazing Minds we love the new track and I am so pleased to say that The Montagues sent me over the track to play on my Radio Show on Phase Radio Wales and I love it so much that it has earned the honour of being a Saturday Showcase, the section of my show that I dedicated each week to a top artist and tracks.
