It’s almost time to ride the Train to Busan as the movie that has broken box office records across Asia makes its way to UK Cinemas.
Directed by Sang-ho Yeon (The King of Pigs, Seol Station), who also wrote the screenplay for the film, the film tells the story of a deadly viral outbreak that pushes Korea into martial law. As the infection spreads passengers on a bullet train speeding at 200mph from Seoul to Busan must fight for their survival…
Starring Yoo Gong (Like a Dragon, The Age of Shadows), Yu-mi Jeong (Manhole) and Dong-seok Ma (The Good, The Bad and The Weird), the Train to Busan has enjoyed fantastic critical acclaim from festivals, premiering at Cannes Film Festival’s Midnight Screening, winning the Fantasia Film Festival’s audience award and closing London’s Horror Channel FrightFest.

The movie is being released by Studiocanal and will be arriving at UK Cinemas on the 28th October.
For those of you that missed the cinema release of the film, The UK release date for Train To Busan on Blu-ray and DVD is on the 27th February 2017.
