Kickstarter Launches for new Horror Anthology Blood Stream from Hellbound Media

We have some brilliant news for horror movie fans and a chance for you to get involved with supporting Indie film as North Wales Hellbound Media launches a Kickstarter for BLOOD STREAM, a horror anthology film in the vein of “Tales from the Crypt” and the “V/H/S” franchise, utilising practical effects and stunning special effects make-up.

Blood Stream features five shocking stories that blend body horror with folk horror in a thrilling, gore-filled experience.

Writers, producers and directors Matt Warner and Mark Adams, of Hellbound Media, said: “As huge horror fans ourselves, we’ve been honoured to work with genre icons such as The Human Centipede 2’s Laurence R. Harvey, the Female Cenobite herself, Barbie Wilde (Hellbound: Hellraiser II) and the legendary Spencer Wilding (Star Wars: Rogue One, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Wolf Man, Doctor Who). Each of them has been hugely supportive of the project, and getting to collaborate with them has really highlighted the sense of community that being involved in the horror world brings.

The wraparound story Eye of the Beholders follows the coercive Jake as he descends into the depths of his own appetites. It is a visual feast of exquisite beauty and horror as Jake seeks out the Brass Dahlia bordello and the ultimate in sensation. Whilst waiting to be seen, Jake watches an unusual television streaming service, creating a framing device where the other films will be shown, before returning to him for the shocking finale.

With strong characterisation, twisted plots, dark humour, and stunning visuals, Blood Stream will offer a blood-splattered yet thought-provoking thrill ride that is more than the sum of its dismembered parts.

Hellbound Media has launched a Kickstarter campaign for post-production on the film. This is the perfect time to be part of the filmmaking world.

They are appealing to horror fans to help complete the project to its full potential while receiving amazing rewards and exclusive behind-the-scenes access.

Matt and Mark have said to us: “We want to be able to finish the film to the quality we believe you deserve, adding more gory special effects to the finale, grading the footage, and organising a truly terrifying sound design and musical score.

These things are not cheap when done well, and we want to finance our amazing team completing the post-production at the highest possible quality.

There are some great rewards on the Kickstarter, such as a Digital Download of the production, IMDb thanks, Blood Stream Limited Collector’s Edition and more. Don’t miss out and check out the Kickstarter now.
