Chuck Pierce has done it once again – systematically outlined what is in store for the Body of Christ and the Kingdom of God in the days ahead. In his latest book A Time To Triumph, not only does Chuck Pierce outline how to triumph, he also outlines what’s in store for the church and the Body of Christ in the days ahead. With a proven track record, the battle plan for victory outlined here for the next 10 years is clear. It’s also worth noting the emphasis on the need for a prophetic voice in these days. Chuck writes. “Prophecy is key” to “walking in the fullness of our destiny on earth”. He further writes, “We all prophesy, but some prophetic gifts are given to help the Body understand the times they are living in and know when to turn right or left on the road ahead”.
With the foundation placed on the importance of the prophetic voice for this day in Chapter One, he then moves into Chapter Two describing how there is a need to “Shift Into the War Ahead”. In this chapter Chuck deals extensively with the Issachar Anointing. Here we discover how “knowing the times and seasons” is directly linked with the Tribe of Issachar. However, he doesn’t leave us with just “knowing the times and seasons”, Chuck then describes the importance of linking the Issachar Anointing with a Watchman Anointing, calling on the Ezekiel type Watchman to arise.
Some people are wary of the prophetic movement, relegating it to what I sometimes refer to as the “cereal aisle” of a grocery store, where all the “fruits, flakes and nuts” hang out. Such is not the case with Chuck Pierce. Not only is he a proven voice in the Body of Christ, but he is a proven voice in the nation, and nations. With that in mind, it’s refreshing to read this new book. A Time To Triumph is not a book describing his latest vision or dream. A Time To Triumph is a battle plan to be followed. He methodically and systematically outlines the role of the church in the days ahead balancing all he says with Scripture.
While there is a war ahead and while we are in a spiritual battle, it’s also refreshing to once again hear a message of hope throughout the book. Chuck Pierce does not fall into the trap of declaring judgement on the world. Instead, he clearly outlines what lies ahead and encourages his reader with a message of hope. Not only do we see hope woven throughout the book, but Chuck defines hope on page 26 writing;
“Hope has an optimistic outlook without any foundation except trust; that trust produces confidence, and confidence causes us to press into the future. There is a destiny to fulfill. There is more than just grace to endure our circumstances until the Lord calls us to Himself. God does have a wonderful plan for our temporal existence that will flow into our eternal communion with Him”.
A Time To Triumph is by no means an end times book. This is not a book of doom and gloom and boom. A Time To Triumph is a victorious book. Within its pages, we discover how the Body of Christ can be victorious in the here and now. Then, we also discover we can be ready for what is to come as well. We live in a day when many doomsday sayers are declaring the end of the world and the coming wrath of God. If those books turn you off, then I strongly suggest you grab a copy of A Time To Triumph. You will be encouraged.
