The Cineworld Secret Screening 4 took place on the 20th of June, these screenings are always exciting as we have no idea what the movie is as we enter the screen and get ready for a surprise, the Cineworld Secret Screening 4 was open to non-unlimited members as well, so it’s your chance to see what we Unlimited Members get treated to with the Unlimited Secret Screenings from time to time.
With the news of the Secret Screening, we took the opportunity to see what the movie would be, there are several upcoming movies towards the end of June and the beginning of July that the movie could have been.
In the past the Secret Screenings have been full of surprises and the Last Unlimited Secret Screening was a massive surprise with Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. So let’s take a look at some of the possibilities for the Cineworld Secret Screening 4.
Asteroid City (June 23)
A must-see for all Wes Anderson fans, this is a movie that I’ve been very excited about since the first trailer was released. Starring Jason Schwartzman, Scarlett Johansson and Tom Hanks the movie is about the itinerary of a Junior Stargazer convention that is spectacularly disrupted by world-changing events.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (June 30)
Could we really get this highly anticipated Indiana Jones sequel as the Secret Screening, you just never know. many Indiana Jones fans have been very excited about the 5th and final outing of Harrison Ford as Indiana which also see several returning cast members from the franchise as Indiana races against time to retrieve a legendary artifact that can change the course of history.
Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken (June 30)
Hang on isn’t this an animated kids movie? Well yes, it is, but in the past, we’ve had animated movies before and yes it does say 12A on the listing on the Cineworld website, but these can be very misleading as does the runtime, but you just never know. The movie stars the voice talents of Annie Murphy, Jane Fonda and Toni Collette.
Small, Slow but Steady (June 30)
A hearing-impaired woman with dreams of becoming a professional boxer due to the pandemic is threatened closure of her boxing club and the illness of its ageing president, who has been her biggest supporter, push her to the limit. This is a foreign language movie and yes we have had these as secret screenings before, with the most recent being the excellent Finnish movie Hatching.
Insidious: The Red Door (July 7)
You never know we could be treated a little earlier to the latest in the Insidious franchise for the Cineworld Screct Screening 4 as Patrick Wilson stars and directs the horror that is based 10 years after the last instalment, as Dalton begins college.
Joy Ride (July 7)
We were teased with the trailer for this one a short while back at cinemas and the new comedy starring Stephanie Hsu, Ashley Park and David Denman does look like a comedy that will have the majority of us laughing out loud as the movie follows four Asian-American friends as they bond and discover the truth of what it means to know and love who you are, while they travel through Asia in search of one of their birth mothers.
Elemental (July 7) The movie shown at Secret Screening 4
In a city where fire, water, land, and air residents live together, a fiery young woman and a go-with-the-flow guy discover something elemental: how much they actually have in common.

How about some Wild Cards?
So those are some possibilities that are close to the Cineworld Secret Screening 4 on June 20th, but how about some wild cards, we have had screenings before that have been well in advance. It’s time to take a pinch of salt with some of the next movies, especially with the first one on the list which will massively surprise us all if it is the movie shown!
Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1 (July 12)
Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt in the latest in the franchise and it certainly looks like a movie that is going to wow audiences with Cruise’s crazy stunt and action sequences. The new movie sees Ethan Hunt and his IMF team tracking down a dangerous weapon before it falls into the wrong hands.
Barbie (July 21)
If this is the movie then it’s going to be a massive advance screening, we’ve all seen the trailers and posters for this one, and Barbie has a stellar cast including Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and Dua Lipa.
Oppenheimer (July 21)
If like me you are a frequent viewer of IMAX movies then you have no doubt seen the stunning IMAX trailer for Christopher Nolan’s new movie that has been shot with IMAX film cameras. This is going to be a stunning m movie to see on the big screen, but could the movie that stars Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt and Matt Damon really be a Secret Screening Preview, you just never know.
Knights of the Zodiac (July 28)
Starring Mackenyu, Famke Janssen and Madison Iseman, Knights of the Zodiac tells the story of a goddess of war who reincarnates in the body of a young girl, street orphan Seiya discovers that he is destined to protect her and save the world. But only if he can face his own past and become a Knight of the Zodiac.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (July 31)
After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers. Their new friend, April O’Neil, helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.
So there you have it folks, some of the possible movies that could be shown at the Cineworld Secret 4 on the 20th of June. Of course, Cineworld could throw us a curve ball and bring us something that we could never expect, they could even bring a movie so far in advance that it could even be Meg 2, you never know.
So we will have to wait until the end of the month now for the Cineworld Secret Screening 4 to happen, but we will bring you any updates between now and then when we have them.
