We’ve been seeing tweets going out this morning on the news that spiritualist Colin Fry has died at the age of 53.
At first, you can’t always take tweets of deaths for granted, but then in the early hours, Derek Acorah posted on his Facebook page about the death of his close friend.
Colin Fry was one of the World’s most recognised Spiritualist, Mediums and Healers, his TV series “6ixth Sense” which has been broadcast worldwide for many years making and his public performances were in International demand.
Fry had started a tour this year which saw him once again bringing his own unique form of comfort and uplift to ordinary people living ordinary lives, proving once again he was very much the Peoples Medium.
He was to appear at the Rhyl Pavilion on the 11th September.
Colin Fry had being diagnosed with lung cancer, dates and the format of his tour had been changed to accommodate his illness. Fry lost his fight against cancer and passed away peacefully in Hospital in the early hours at 2:50 am this morning.
Fry, who at one time performed under the stage name of “Lincoln”, was, according to those who strongly believe the paranormal does not exist, exposed in 1992 when during a séance the lights were unexpectedly turned on and he was seen holding a spirit trumpet in the air, which the audience had been led to believe was being levitated by spiritual energy.

Colin’s management has said, “We, as his management, for many years would like to add that he was the most charming man with the biggest heart, who devoted his life to helping others, and he will be sorely missed.”
