There comes a time when you can see some crazy, but fascinating, things popping up on Kickstarter and one of those is “Don’t Die!“, so we just had to bring you news of this this game and how you can be part of the craziness of something that we can see being very addictive.

DON’T DIE! GET A KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVE EXPANSION PACK THAT WILL NEVER BE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE!”
Abraxus Games announced that between October 10th and November 7th, people will be able to back Don’t Die! on Kickstarter and get the game, a Kickstarter exclusive expansion, and will even be able to help build the game by designing a card, or funding variant artwork! This is a great bit of interaction for those backing the crowd funded game.
Aside from any extras that may be added on as a result of the Kickstarter crowd funding campaign, Don’t Die! Abraxus have told us that the game is already finished and simply needs an audience to play it! (So after you’ve read this article folks, get on over and start playing).
Creators Patrick James and Alex Williams will use the funds raise for the campaign to print and ship backer copies of the game, as well as take Don’t Die! on the road to gaming conventions throughout the next year.

Don’t Die! is the fastpaced, hazardous-to-your-life card game where you try not to die. At least, not as much as everyone else. Players take it in turn to draw hazard cards face up from the deck (not one hazard card is repeated in the deck!) Then, using a combination of side effects in their hand and die rolls, they try to avoid the hazard.
Opponents can cause mayhem by using side effects to lower die rolls. Special Death cards interrupt the game and unleash a nearly unbeatable death on an unwitting player. When a player has died ten times, the game is over, and the player with the least amount of deaths, wins!
Don’t Die! is trying to raise $16,000 (around £10,500) on kickstarter, if you are interested in the game and/or you would like to become part of the campaign by pledging to the goal amount, then you can check out more details below.
