Exclusive new pictures for upcoming The Complete History of the Howling revised and extended

Following the sales and critical success for The Complete History of the Howling, a new limited revised and extended addition of the book is now being released by MIAMI FOX PUBLISHING.

Written by author Bryn Curt James Hammond (A Case for Murder: Brittany Murphy Files)The Complete History of the Howling is the first book to take an in-depth look at the making of the most successful werewolf franchise ever. Delivering a detailed account behind the scenes of all eight-feature films, as well as the source material by Gary Brandner with his original trilogy of books.

Author Bryn Hammond had the following to say about the revised and extended addition:
The revised and extended The Complete History of The Howling came about after I listened to readers’ critical feedback, and with that I took the book back to basics and injected a whole lot of 80’s nostalgia. The first book was a great success and I was blown away by its reception, so I couldn’t wait to go back and revisit my material.

Readers can expect all-new images, additional content including a look at the 80’s video aisle and the growth of VHS, original The Howling theatrical posters, trade print advertising and much, much more! I’m still buzzing at getting my hands on some ultra-rare VHS cover art and additional FX stills. The Complete History of The Howling has been a real labour of love.

Having been given a sneak peek at some of the book I can confirm that the revised and extended addition looks amazing. Whist it retains the original source material to depict a detailed look behind the Howling Series with; stunning pictorials, cast and crew interviews and exclusive on-set photos. The revised version looks to further embrace the nostalgia of the original series and has even more of a visual impact. Designed with a VHS theme running throughout the book, it utilises the original VHS and promotional artwork that made the films so eye catching on the video shelves.

The new revised and extended version of The Complete History of the Howling will be available in stores and online at Amazon, Waterstones and other online retailers/stores from 14th March.
