It’s magical news for fans of the Wicked sequel as the film continues its reign at Number 1, Wicked – For Good remains firmly at the summit. The second chapter of the Oz saga deepens the emotional and political divide between Elphaba and Glinda, as their choices ripple across the land. With darker themes, expanded musical set pieces and heightened consequences, the film cements its place as the week’s biggest title.

Making a striking debut straight into Number 2, Predator – Badlands launches a brutal new chapter in the iconic franchise. Set in a harsh, unforgiving landscape, the story strips survival back to its rawest form as humans face off against the ultimate hunter in a relentless battle of endurance.

Landing at Number 3 as another new entry, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 returns to the sinister world of haunted animatronics. Expanding the mythology of the first film, the sequel ramps up the suspense with new characters, deeper lore and escalating terror as the past refuses to stay buried.

After holding near the top in recent weeks, Dracula settles into Number 4. This modern gothic reimagining leans heavily into psychological horror and tragic romance, exploring obsession, immortality and the cost of eternal longing through moody visuals and slow-burn tension.

One of the most notable climbers this week, 28 Years Later, rises sharply into Number 5. Revisiting the infected world decades after the original outbreak, the film examines how humanity has adapted to prolonged survival, blending visceral horror with themes of legacy, fear and resilience.

Maintaining a strong presence at Number 6, Wicked continues its impressive chart longevity. The original instalment traces the unlikely friendship between Elphaba and Glinda, tackling prejudice, ambition and power through lavish production design and iconic musical numbers.

Positioned at Number 7, The Ballad of Wallis Island remains a quieter but impactful counterpoint. Set against a remote island backdrop, the film follows a reclusive man seeking connection, unfolding a tender story of loneliness, regret and human warmth with understated charm.

Holding steady at Number 8, Downton Abbey – The Grand Finale continues its graceful run. The film brings the Crawley family’s story to a refined close, delivering emotional resolutions, period splendour and a sense of farewell that honours the series’ long legacy.

Just inside the Top 10 at Number 9, Jurassic World – Rebirth keeps blockbuster spectacle alive. The latest chapter explores the fragile balance of a world where humans and dinosaurs coexist, introducing new species, global threats and high-stakes action.

Rounding out the chart at Number 10, Sinners closes the week with dark intensity. The thriller follows twin brothers, both played by Michael B. Jordan, who return to their hometown seeking redemption, only to discover a far greater evil awaiting them, forcing a confrontation with guilt, identity and the possibility of escape from their past.
