Fans of the franchise will be pleased to hear that The King’s Man takes over at Number 1 on the Official Film Chart this week.
The third instalment of the Kingsman series climbs to Number 1 following its release on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD, unseating last week’s Number 1 House of Gucci (2) and finishing 5,000 sales ahead, with 55% of its sales made up of physical copies.
The King’s Man is a prequel to Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014) and Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017), and tells the story of how the agency was formed in the 20th century.

Meanwhile, Disney’s Encanto racks up a ninth week in the Top 10 at Number 3, Dune finishes at Number 4, No Time To Die marks its tenth week in the Official Film Chart at Number 5, and Ghostbusters: Afterlife moves down one place to Number 6.

Paw Patrol: The Movie rebounds four places to Number 7, regaining a spot in the Top 10 after five weeks away. It’s closely followed by anti-hero sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage at Number 8 and fellow Marvel blockbuster Eternals at 9. Finally, Fast & Furious 9 holds strong at Number 10.
