Hi all, so today I’ve been out and about at the Prestatyn Classic Car Show and what an amazing day it was, lots of amazing cars from classics to the modern-day classics as well as some rather unusual sights during the day!
Thanks fully the weather behaved itself, although there was moments when the sun decided to play around with us all and hide behind the clouds for short periods of time, but it did come back out again and allow the cars to shine in its rather warm light.
Prestatyn Classic Car Show, Cars, Bikes and Nemo!!
So with the gorgeous sunshine, comes the crowds of people and this years show was great for being busy, lots of people came to Prestatyn to check out the many cars, including MG’s, Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, Triumph’s, Mini’s and so much more.
Not only could you walk around the cars, but you could also look under the hoods at the engines that had been looked after and gleamed in the light as the sunshine hit the chrome, you could even find Nemo, yes that rather famous clown fish, swimming around under the hood of a rather nice TR3!
Bizarre isn’t, but not only Nemo, upon entering the show for Parc Prestatyn side there were several Scubaru’s with none other than Scooby Doo donning the bonnets and even one trying to escape the cameras or was it Scooby it was trying to hide from!
I have to say that the Prestatyn Classic Car show was a brilliant day out, families were enjoying the day out as well as car enthusiasts that love to talk to the owners about every nut & bolt and how they had the same car back in their youth.
Now I’m really looking forward to next years show, as long as the weather is nice and the sun is out, these types of shows are brilliant, it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves in the weather and so many wonderful cars on display, but for me I only have one favourite, forget the muscle cars and the classic sports cars, for me it has to be a nice classic Mini.
So there we have another year of the Prestatyn Classic Car Show that has come and gone, but certainly worth the day out, if you would like to see more of the photos from the days show, then please check out my Flickr album for the Show at https://www.flickr.com/photos/rembeatz/albums/72157644446936099.
