OK readers, you may have seen before here on Blazing Minds that we have done a couple of Wales Comic Con events, heck the first one we did, was the one where we made friends with American Pie star, Thomas Nicholas and met Warwick Davies, then earlier this year, in April, it was time for the second time in Wrexham where we got to meet up again with the lovely Royd Tolkien, so we were over the moon when we got the confirmation that we would be covering a third Wales Comic Con or as this one is known from being the second one in the year, Wales Comic Con Part 2!
April’s event was a rip-roaring success with over 8,000 people attending the event, held at Glyndwr University, 60 industry guests also attended Wales Comic Con which included actors from the movie and TV world as well as comic book artists, story writers, wrestlers and sports personalities, voice actors and video game developers.

Wales Comic Con Part 2 – Even More Guests!
So this year on the 30th November, the event which has been affectionately dubbed by the fans as Wales Comic Con Part 2, will be bringing an early Christmas gift to Comic Con fans as Part 2 is unleashed upon fans from all over the world who make the effort to travel to Wrexham to mingle with other Comic Con fans and get the chance to meet and chat with their favourite stars.
We’ve been looking through the list of guests that will be in Wrexham this month and the list certainly looks like it going to be going down extremely well with those that have been to the event before and to those newcomers that will be experiencing the fun of event.
Part 2 will be featuring a screening and cast commentary of Game of Thrones with HBO UK, the entire cast of Atlantis will be making an exclusive appearance, and Star Wars voice actor Matthew Wood will be making his only UK appearance this year.
Also let’s not forget that some of the cast of BBC3’s hit series, In The Flesh will be taking questions on a panel and fans will also get to speak to creator Dominic Mitchell.
There’s More To Wales Comic Con Than Meets The Eye
Not only is there a great list of guests for everyone to meet, but for those that are big Comic Book fans then you will get the chance to some great names in the Comic Book world of artists and writers, with notable appearances from Mike Carey, who has worked on titles such as X-Men, Lucifer and Hellblazer and Andy Lanning who is best known for his work on Guardians of the Galaxy.
So as this is all happening indoors, there is even more happening outside, with a live wrestling event, plus and this is a big one this year folks, non-other than the Optimus Prime vehicle, yes I know, how amazing is that!
