The Cineworld Secret Screening 3 is heading to Cineworld this September and this one is not just for Cineworld Unlimited members, it is also open to those that don’t have a Cineworld card, but what could the Secret Screening be? We take a look at some of the possibilities.
It seems so long ago since we were at the Cineworld Secret Screening 2 back in 2021 which was the fantastic Free Guy, a movie that surprised so many people during the screening and I have to say it was a secret screening that had a few whoop whoops.
The Cineworld Secret Screening 3 will be taking place on the 5th of September, so it opens up a good selection of movies that may be shown. In the past, Cineworld has shown films from a couple of days to a month early, so let’s take a look at what we could be enjoying, from the booking on the Cineworld website and App the certificate is listed as 15, has a 90-minute runtime and since we first posted up the news the genre is now listed as horror which does limit what the movie could be, We’ve updated our list in this post of the possible movies, as before we knew the genre we had listed See How They Run, Ticket To Paradise, Mrs Harris Goes to Paris and The Woman King.
So here’s our updated list now we know that the upcoming Secret Screening 3 is a horror movie which certainly reduces the playing field!
Barbarian (September (9th)
In “Barbarian,” a young woman travelling to Detroit for a job interview books a rental home. But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked, and a strange man is already staying there. Against her better judgement, she decides to spend the evening, but soon discovers that there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest.
Hatching (September 16th) – Our Prediction (The Movie Shown)
A young gymnast, who tries desperately to please her demanding mother, discovers a strange egg. She hides it and keeps it warm, but when it hatches, what emerges shocks them all.

Shark Bait (September 20th)
After a night of partying on the beach, a group of spring breakers steal jet skis and head out to sea. But the fun quickly turns to horror after a head-on collision leaves them injured, bleeding and stranded in shark-infested waters fighting for their survival.
Jeepers Creepers: Reborn (September 23rd)
We recently brought you the news of this reboot/remake for the very popular franchise, Jeepers Creepers: Reborn directed by Timo Vuorensola (Iron Sky) gets its Premiere on 23 September 2022 with a theatrical release on 24 September. The film will follow getting its digital, Blu-ray and DVD release in October.
Forced to travel with her boyfriend, Laine, she begins to experience premonitions associated with the urban myth of The Creeper. Laine believes that something supernatural has been summoned – and that she is at the center of it all.
Don’t Worry Darling (September 23rd)
Alice (Pugh) and Jack (Styles) are lucky to be living in the idealized community of Victory, the experimental company town housing the men who work for the top-secret Victory Project and their families. The 1950s societal optimism espoused by their CEO, Frank (Pine)—equal parts corporate visionary and motivational life coach—anchors every aspect of daily life in the tight-knit desert utopia.
Prey For The Devil (October 28th)
A bit of a wild card with Prey for the Devil as the movie isn’t out until the 28th of October, but you just never know we may be getting treated to this one very early, it certainly fits into the criteria that the Secrest Screeing is listed as.
n response to a global rise in demonic possessions, the Catholic Church reopens exorcism schools to train priests in the Rite of Exorcism. On this spiritual battlefield, an unlikely warrior rises a young nun, Sister Ann (Jacqueline Byers). Although nuns are forbidden to perform exorcisms, a professor (Colin Salmon) recognises Sister Ann’s gifts and agrees to train her.
Thrust onto the spiritual frontline with fellow student Father Dante (Christian Navarro), Sister Ann finds herself in a battle for the soul of a young girl (who Sister Ann believes is possessed by the same demon that tormented her own mother years ago) and soon realises the Devil has her right where he wants her… and it wants in.
Hallow Ends (October 14th)
So this is a bit of a long shot for this one as the final movie in the Halloween franchise is released in October, but you just never know if could Cineworld be really treating us with the final trip out with Jamie Lee Curtis when she returns as Laurie Strode after the violent events of Halloween Kills to face Michael Myers one last time. The movie has been reported that it will take place four years after the end of Halloween Kills and deliver a conclusion to the scream queen’s iconic saga.
It’s all part of the excitement of finding out what the Cineworld Secret Screening 3 could be!
