Jonny brings his debut single ‘Walk Along The River’, which was released on November 5th 2020.  This track was self-written, and self-produced by Jonny himself.  

Jonny Taylor is a new singer/songwriter hailing from the capital of culture, and city I love the most, Liverpool.  

Jonny brings magic to his debut single, that echoes elements of John Lennon, when John Lennon went solo after The Beatles.  

It is a catchy and  infectious track, with great lyrics and great melodies throughout the track. One that I can see myself driving too, on a long journey, on a summer’s day/evening.  

I absolutely love the lyrics, they are amazing, and really tell you that no matter what, no one is gonna bring you down, and that is what I love about you.  

LIstening to this song, I could hear vibes of Liverpool band ‘Cast’, and their vibrancy through their tracks.  It has a psychedelic feel to it, with essences from The Beatles and bands of that genre.  

I absolutely love this track, and from listening to it, you can picture going along the River Mersey, especially with the sunshine, and absorbing the entirety of this song.  

Jonny’s second single is underway, and I am sure it will have the same catchy infectious vibe ‘walk along the river’ has brought us.  Hopefully an EP will be out in due course this year.  

I rated this track is 5 out of 5, and I am so looking forward to hearing more from Jonny Taylor.
